Automatic translation of messages (informations, alarms, errors)

Now, the alarm and error messages issued by Code_Aster can be automatically translated into English.

These translated messages are available for each stable version and testing version in the aster-full package (tab Download).

To enable English messages, simply specify DEBUT, LANG=’EN’.
