i used to adapt the tuto of the clamp with non linear analysis and contact to my own problem to get the reaction force generated for pushing a part inside another :

but i get error due to non convergence .... i tried to modify the step.. but nothing is working ...

Is there somebody here able to help me or to give advices about what i want to do ?

this is the first step of my study .. the next one is plasticity of the material to see a deformed shape.... so first problem but not the last one....
