Salome-Meca on arm64 based system

Hello!

I'm trying to install Salome-Meca on a virtual machine on a M1 MacBook.
Is it possible to download or create a arm46 based singularity container?

singularity run salome_meca-lgpl-2021.0.0-0-20210601-scibian-9.sif shell
FATAL: could not open image /home/ubuntu/salome_meca-lgpl-2021.0.0-0-20210601-scibian-9.sif: the image's architecture (amd64) could not run on the host's (arm64)

This is not planned for the moment.

Building code_aster on arm64 is not possible for the moment

Re: Salome-Meca on arm64 based system

the only way i have found to run code_aster (not salome) on a modern macbook is within docker.
Check out this great docker container on Github:
