"problem has been solved"How to Solve a Specific PDE?

I'm now starting to study Salome Meca from an example of Possion Equation with zero boudary condition.
I have created a 3D mesh, but I don't know how to creat the Possion Equation ,set the boundary condition and use the FEM(finite element method) to solve the equation in Salome Meca. Can anyone teach me how to operate?Thank you very much!

Re: "problem has been solved"How to Solve a Specific PDE?

Hi Windblowing,

as far as I know, Code_Aster does not allow for the solving of arbitrary PDEs. It solves for what it was programmed. There are other general solvers that do solve arbitrary equations such as, GetDP, FeniCSx, MOOSE, SolverLab (part of Salome), FreeFEM, etc.

I hope this helps you. Best regards,
Fer
