Salome Meca 2022 shutting down on opening file

Hi All
I am doing my first study on SM 2022. Up to the first solve and post process of the study, everything works fine. However if I try to open the saved study again, it loads up to point and then SM closes.
The same study opens without a problem in SM 2021.
Any suggestions?
