How to cite code_aster ?

If you want to cite code_aster in papers or conference, you can use this type of citation (BiBTEX)

@misc{ASTER,
    Author = {Electricit{\'e} de France},   
        Howpublished = {Open source on www.code-aster.org},
    Title = {Finite element {$\bf\it code\_aster$}, Analysis of Structures and Thermomechanics for Studies and Research,

Another "rule": never cite documentation with EDF's author. The name on documentation is for the person in charge of functionnality (or test) not the author. The only author is EDF.

Is it the same also for citation in a technical report? i.e. FE analysis executed with EDF Code_Aster software under LGPL licence, etc...
