Viscous leyer problem with salome mesher

Hello I am trying to mesh a small channel for a OpenFOAM simulation. I get the following warning "Warning. Thickness 0.00045 of viscous layers not reached, average reached thickness is 4.52999e-05". My mesh does not complete after this warning. I however do not understand this error, what is the meaning of the error and how to rectify it ?
