DEBIAN11 code_aster 14.6 : fail detect numpy and fail compile mumps

Hello, i have 2 issue :
First, when i launch  python3 setup.py install

Checking for numpy... no
'import numpy' failed. Please check your numpy installation.

I have intalled numpy from pip and from apt-get package python3-numpy.

Then, installer fails to compile mumps, i attach setup.dbg.
Can you help me?
