Hello,
I'm installing Salome MEca 20211 on Ubuntu 20.04 using VirtualBox. I installed Singularity successfully but when I try t launch salome_meca I have the following error
./salome_meca-lgpl-2021.0.0-0-20210601-scibian-9
not exist: /etc/krb5.conf

I tried all your suggestions without success... I am not familiar with Linux and Salome, thus I am stuck.
Do you have any ideas to help me ?
Many thanks,
Have a nice day

Hi AmandineSL,
What is your singularity version? Try version 3.5.3 or higher.

The message above shows your S-meca is running (without GPU). So you should get the starting screen.
Best wishes

Hi,
1. From the above, it appears to be some license issue of "MG-CADSurf"
2. I have never used this module and hence, I can't comment any further on it.
3. Please check if you can load any other med file or generate some mesh on your own.
Best regards
Sukumar
PS: The salome documentation clearly mentions about the required license to work. See the screenshot below:

Some meshers need a paid licence like Mgem and McadSurf.
Use an other mesher
