Hi,
I have a doubt in doing the analysis of a shell model in Code_aster. While assigning the local axis of a shell member using "ANGL_REP/VECTOR", should we need to apply the local axis for all the shell members in the model.
Thank You

Hi,
did you have try to run the analysis without that Operand in Affe_Cara_Elem>coque?

ANGL REP,VECTEUR error ?

As far as I remember it is not required to specify local axis for shells. CA will try to adjust them to coincide with the global axis first. If you get an error message, one possible reason can be that you specify a direction that should be actually the normal for some of the shells. Cant have better guess without seeing the model.
