Hi,
I tried to simulate in 2D plan / plan strain, the compression of a seal by steel plate. I modelise the seal by a material "HYPER_ELAS" with parameters C10 & K, and my steel plate with a material "ELAS" with E and Nu. I use a non linear static analysis with a "HYPER_ELAS" behaviour. When I run the simulation I have an error showing up "Comportement Hyper Elas non détecté". If I modelise my 2 parts by the same material, either the HYPER_ELAS one or the ELAS, my simulation run correctly.
I don't know how to run simulation with 2 differents models of material. Does someone know how to do so ?
Best regards

you have define 2 behaviour one for steel ELAS and for seal Hyper Elas. you must have define 2 seperate volume mesh groups for steel and elas hyper .

Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
Yes of course, there were 2 mesh difined (mesh_1&mesh_2) and I grouped them with "ASSE_MAIL : Superpose" in a "Global_mesh" and I applied my meterials models on each mesh, and I study the "Global_mesh".
If I'm not clear enough do not hesitate to tell me, I can also show you the .comm

I ever used code_aster for study.
Code_Aster ??? is the Novacula Occami of the FEM world.
