How to run a calculation *completely* via Python

Hello  everybody,

I would like to know,  if it's possible  to create a single  Python (.py) file which contain (import) a .comm file and run it in salome-meca?!

I  just want to find a way to do a complete calculation without past to aster-study (in salome-meca) or withoud recreat (estract) a mesh file every time if i need to change my geometry (in astk).

I will gratefully appreciate your help, especially if you can attach some example code.

Best regards.
