Element Catalog Location

Hello

I'd like to know which gauss integration is used for elements as described in post :
https://code-aster.org/forum2/viewforum.php?id=19141

Following this post, it must be written in <aster-full-src-11.4.0/SRC/aster11.4-0/catalo/typelem/gener_me3d_3.cata>, But there is no such directly or file.

For the latest version of code aster, where should I find this element catalog?

Appreciate for any information.

Re: Element Catalog Location

Hi,

Thanks for reply.

But there is no such file or directory.
I searched "MODULES","PRODUCTS","SAMPLES","TMP","WORK" folders but No result.

Is it somewhere else?

Hello,

You should check the source version (eg. download from this site) and not the installed one.

Re: Element Catalog Location

Hello,

I don't know where did you look for but for me the AsterO'dactyle's answer was pretty clear. You have to look for in source file, not in Salome-Meca structure (its directory structure is very complicated)

try here (every file is one type of element I think)
bitbucket.org/code_aster/codeaster-src/src/default/catalo/cataelem/Elements/

Re: Element Catalog Location

Hello everyone.

Thanks for the reply.
I finally understood where to look and found it.
(I was searching under installed directory...)

Thanks a lot.
