you can use Salome Meca's paravis module inside Salome to open Med files.

Paraview standalone does not support Med files

Hi

           Thanks for your replay

          when using paraviz in salome meca myself i found some what loading problem as well  i can't see grouping  but in the paraview

looks easy to handle any complex geometry and  i am getting grouping also.

You can run paraview from salome environment. Open a terminal and type:
salome shell
paraview
