[SOLVED] Diffusing set of INCO modelisations between V11 - V12

Hello,
I'm currently trying to gather some information about the available modelizations for (quasi) incompressible materials.

For the V11 version I read in U4.41.01:

MECANIQUE 3D quasi incompressible
3D_INCO
3D_INCO_UP
3D_INCO_OSGS
3D_INCO_GD
3D_INCO_LOG
3D_INCO_LUP

But for V12 the choices are different:

MECANIQUE 3D quasi incompressible
3D_INCO_UP
3D_INCO_UPG
3D_INCO_UPO

This of course is nothing too surprising as the modelizations may change since some could be considered obsolete with the new developments.
But in the test cases covering incompressibility (SSLV130 and SSNV112) in V12 there are still the old (and now undocumented) modelizations used.

There is also an inconsistency in the document U2.01.10 "Notice d'utilisation sur le choix des éléments finis" where the english translation seems outdated.
Could someone help me understand this? Are the old modelizations still usable but not recommended or is it just an error in the documentation?
(I have currently no V12 installed so I can't check the cata.py myself to see if they are still available)

Best regards,
Richard

Re: [SOLVED] Diffusing set of INCO modelisations between V11 - V12

Some modification between v11 and v12 :
INCO_LUP fused into INCO_UP
INCO_OSGS renamed into INCO_UPO
INCO, INCO_GD, INCO_LOG fused into INCO_UPG

Regards.

Hello delmas,
thanks for the clearification!

Nevertheless it would be nice if the documentation could be updated.

Best regards,
Richard
