Install a package inside the container

Dear devs, dear community

I'm here:
singularity run --bind /some/directories salome_meca-lgpl-2022.1.0-1-20221225-scibian-9.sif shell

And I wish to use some latex within matplotlib in a *.comm file. But latex is missing in the container. Do you have a hint how to run latex (texlive) inside the container? Or installing it inside the container? Or perhaps using the texlive distribution from the host?
