[SOLVED] CALC_CHAMP cannot read from 2nd list of EVOL_NOLI

Hi - the short solution to this problem is that in AsterStudy of SalomeMeca for Windows (Simulease build) 9.3.0 (which is CodeAster 14.4) you cannot perform DETRUIR on your load functions before performing CALC_CHAMP on your results (e.g. EVOL_NOLI / STAT_NON_LINE) which result from those load functions. This is what I was doing, and this is why I had my problem. So, do not do this and you may be fine. Below you may find some input from others that will explain more and maybe help more. - Kirk


Hi - I posted about this before and I am afraid I did not describe the problem correctly. My issue is that of two indexed sets of EVOL_NOLI my CALC_CHAMP calls can only access the first set. The database listing printout after completion of all shows both sets exist. Like this:

But, like I said, I only seem to be able to get rsvrt_# since calls of CALC_CHAMP with RESULTAT="rshrz_0" return the following error:

This is a bug that seems to me to have been corrected recently.
An idea: to avoid destroying the loads before CALC_CHAMP.

Yes, I seem to have stumbled on the same idea to not destroy loads prior to CALC_CHAMP but I cannot understand why this works.

How, can I ask, did you get your idea?

Is the bug (with CALC_CHAMP) that you say was fixed? Is this documented? How could I find it?

I have a different load function for all my load cases and what seems to be is that I need to completely post process each analysis (use CALC_CHAMP, etc.) before I go onto the next result. I think I can live with this, I just can't understand it.

You need loads to compute REAC_NODA.
But in your version, we ask for loads BEFORE knowing if you're computing REAC_NODA ! It's useless
