Parallel simulation code_aster setup

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to activate the parallel version of Salome. I found the following procedures listed in this link: "sites.google.com/site/codeastersalomemeca/home/code_asterno-heiretuka/parallel-code_aster-12-4-english"
Unfortunately, these steps were provided a long time ago and I think they cannot work on the recent version of Salome (2019).
Anyone can help in this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you in advance,

Zaki Alomar.

Thank you for the quick reply.

Re: Parallel simulation code_aster setup

Dear, I have tried 50 times to install parallel version, my intrest was PETSC Solver.
But Brutally Failed to Install.
Errors Beyond the Community Help.

Above message has code-aster forum link, go through it.

You have to keep the ubuntu system uptodate with all pre-requisites installed.

all the best.

Re: Parallel simulation code_aster setup

Requesting CA Developers, Release Standard Procedure of Installation of Parallel Version or Include PETSC Solver in SM2019 Version.

CA developers must understand that OpenSource FEA Solvers are using PETSC Solver as Standard Installation.

Your Software is Great But It must have strong iterative solvers as well. Because Multi Face Contact Analysis require PETSC.
