Hydrodynamic pressure on Tire

Hi,

I'm a CPGE student in France, and I'm searching a software to modelize the water pressure on a rolling tire, in order to know if the tire is lifting up and so, if there is hydroplanning. So my question is about this software. Is it conform to my request, and type of simulation ?
I know the firm Michelin is using a software named NextFlow (based on SPH simulation) but it isn't free and I can't get access to an trial liscence.
If you doen't understant my request, please don't hesitated to ask me, more details.

Thanks

Marc

Re: Hydrodynamic pressure on Tire

Not sure in Code-Aster, but it seems that you should be looking at OpenFoam to make your calculation. Hope it helps. Let us know how it went!
