Deprecation warning for some operators in code_aster

Please note some deprecation warnigs in the 14 version which announce the suppression of the functionnality in the next version (V15)

- THER_NON_LINE and THER_LINEAIRE => using SYRTHES in CODE_Saturne platform
- STAT_NON_LINE. Only linear mecanical operator may be possible in the future
- all structural elements (pipes, beams, plates, shells) => too difficult to integrate in the wide-parallelism scheme in  the next version
