[SOLVED] Using old F77 files in Code_Aster 12.1?

Hi,

I'm currently trying to integrate my old Fortran77 based developments into the Code_Aster version 12.1 which is Fortran90 based. Is there any way of directly compiling the Fortran77 files to integrate them into my development version of Code_Aster 12.1 or do I have to convert them to Fortran90 files? If I need to convert them I'd like to ask for a good conversion software. I tried some converters that I found in the internet but they weren't satisfactory.

Thanks,

Ralf

In devtools repository, a script may help you. His name is migration.

Code_Aster release : unstable on (Ubuntu Precise Pangolin 12.04 64 bits) - GNU + Intel

Code_Aster. What else ?

Re: [SOLVED] Using old F77 files in Code_Aster 12.1?

[EDIT:] Ah, stupid! Here's the solution:

ERROR   'convert' is not available
ERROR To build it, please run:
 cd /home/ralf/dev/casfem/devtools/lib/aslint/fortran/tools && make

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Good morning,

I got a problem related to using the migration script. Two days ago I cloned the src- and devtools repositories and installed the current Code_Aster in ~/dev/casfem. I want to use the migration script that is located in devtools/bin but when executing it for a given F77-file I get the following message:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/ralf/dev/casfem/devtools/bin/migration", line 48, in <module>
    from aslint.logger import logger, setlevel
ImportError: No module named aslint.logger

Not knowing whether it is useful or not, I added the following lines to the file ~/.bashrc and sourced it afterwards:

export PATH=$PATH:/home/ralf/dev/casfem/devtools/bin
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/ralf/dev/casfem/devtools/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH:/home/ralf/dev/casfem/devtools/lib

Nothing changed. Could you please give me a hint how to solve this?

Thanks in advance!

Ralf
