Wall surrounded by Concrete beams

Hello, I am rather new to Code_Aster, I am trying to mechanically model a hybrid structure, consisting of a structural wall (3m x 3m x 0.15m) surrounded by reinforced concrete Post and beams  (0.15m x 0.15m).

I tried to modell everything as a 3D but the mesh ended up being too big.

I was wondering if I could use for example POU_D_EM for the beams and posts, but then how do I connect them to the wall inside?

Any help will be really appreciated.
