I think that problem of difference is that the EPGQ field is computed from green-lagrange strain fiel EPSG and VARI_ELGA field EPSPEQ is computed only from plastic strain (cumulated plastic strain), R5.03.02 page 6.

principal stresses are computed with solving of characteristic polynom of stress tensor so you can't compute only one principal stress.

Hello,

there is a difference between multicore and multiprocessor computer. If the code aster was compiled on multicore system (almost every processor in this time) the MULT_FRONT solver works with this cores according to setup of "ncpus" in export file.
Compilation with MPI  enables computing also on multiprocessor station.

There is no possibility of using GPU acceleration in code-aster because there is not any solver with this capability.

opeation with med file is not very pragmatic :-), cause you can post-process all result with code-aster. But if you really want to, you can read doc for medcoupling, medmem or meshio. After that you can operate with med file using C++ or python.

CA windows version is compiled to one .exe (14.8) or .dll (15.4) with all available prerequisities. I think that development with UMAT or other is not possible in simple way in windows.

I am sorry. Maybe I did not understand what exactly you want. Do you want C for one typical material or some tables? I you have the material, the simplest way is do the lab test and compute the C. I really don't know if it possible to find some tables with C constants.

Buut if you have the traction data, where is the problem? You can compute determine the d_sigma_epsi (the yield stress) and of course the the E_t in every point of yielding. So also the C be the function, because you traction function is not the linear hardening.

document R05.03.16 page 10. You need only elastic modulus and linear hardening modulus. To obtain some real parameters you need to study some literature I think.

in bibfor/ls/lc0000.f90 you can find the name of file for a given type of material law (from line 350). Drucker-prager is lc0016. The real code of drucker prager is in lcdrpr.f90 routine in bibfor/algorith/ and follow-up routines.
the orientation in fortran routines is not simple

the typical way is usage of crea_maillage -> crea_poiI from your group_of nodes created in salome.

If you dont know what this mean I think you are not able to create such complicate analysis like the crack simulation is. The error tells you that the crack must be prepared from elements of line type with 2 or 3 nodes.

Yes the problem with rotational dof is obvious, but I don't know how to solve it now.

There is another way, to use DEFI_CABLE_BP with barre element and zero initial tension. In this way it is not even neccessary to share nodes.
Look at the modeling of prestressed concrete.

I don´t know if it is possible to use LIASON_ELEM in such way, because the connected structural members (beam ) and solid must  have the same sectional properties. But if you model the nodes of pipe and solid with perfectly identic nodes you can simple use the straightforward approach without LIASON_ELEM. Just solid part group as 3D solid and pipe group as BARRE or POU_D_T.

did you really use the same material parameters (and hyperelastic model) for rubber and also boundary conditions?. Results from abaqus are strange for me. It looks like the steel rod was pushed into the rubber.  It is behave like some hard foam. Can you post you files?

there is no such criterion in code-aster, you can just use orthotropic elastic material model or you can use the mfront and prepare your own material model.

you obtain degenerate 3D elements. Check the nodes. The generated 2D element for example square has 8 nodes, but with four coordinates. So in one corner are two nodes at the same position.

you need to use Duplicate node/element function in salome mesh module. There you need to choose last option and you obtain degenerate joint element on group which you use.

There are doubled nodes and elements in your mesh. Try merge nodes and merge elements.
