I am very new to Aster but used other FEA extensively.
unzipped sm-2019-w64-0.3 doesn't work properly, so I tried launch it from python.
I used : os.system('/sm-2019-w64-0.3/run_salome.bat), I got two errors:
the system cannot find the path specifized
'"env_launch.bat"' is not recognized as an internal or external command
What does this mean?
And my goal is actually to generate a salome shell and then maybe run Aster solver directly - since I cannot find this solver.exe or .bat in sm-2019-w64-0.3
Btw: I use win8.1, will that be the cause?
followed the installation guide and unzipped sm-2019-w64-0.3
Read the previous post. My case is .hdf file can be saved but not .rmed file from the first tutorial testcase.
And if run by skipping this step, it crashes, and gives error as below - something wrong and maybe reinstall can solve it.
I now have downloaded the zip again, checked by winMD5, unzip again, same problem.
