Explicit Runge-Kutta integration schemes in DYNA_TRAN_MODAL

Two new explicit integration schemes of the Runge-Kutta family were introduced in the operator DYNA_TRAN_MODAL devoted to transient dynamic response in generalized coordinates. These schemes enable the automatic adaptation of the time step according to the error at each integration step. They are particularly suitable for systems where the optimal time can have very different orders of magnitude depending on the events involved in the transient, for example, ponctual non-linearities. They are a good compromise between computational time and accuracy.
